## Investor Centre Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Horrible user experience"
Either fix it or delete this garbage. Loading forever and never show anything.
-- holabois, 2025-03-03

### *---- "Terrible"
Absolutely terrible App. Logging in is a farce, constantly says wrong email/password. Takes you to the website, you login, get a code, get to the app once, then go through the above process all over again. I hope the devs of this app weren’t paid out of our investments - they aren’t worth a cent.
-- Buuuugggggsss, 2025-02-25

### *---- "Extremely slow app"
It’s a pain to click on anything inside the app because it takes forever to load. Please make this app a bit faster because I do not have 10 years to wait for each page to load.
-- raby00, 2025-02-21

### *---- "Useless"
Can’t log in, can’t open app, can’t get verification
Locked out of my investor account
-- $?”@&$), 2025-02-01

### ****- "Link is now MUFG CM"
This is the new App for MUFG Corporate Markets (previously Link Market Services). It’s not spam.
-- No.not.spam, 2025-01-29

### *---- "Spam"
Not too how it downloaded onto my mobile phone??? Deleted!
-- Curiouss???, 2025-01-27

### *---- "Easily the worst app I’ve used"
Simply broken and should be pulled from the store. Any developer or company that could put this out as a finished product needs a dose of reality. Has anyone at Link actually tried to use it?
Start again Link or stop pretending to have an app.
-- EleventySeven70, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Terrible app"
If I had any possible way of avoiding using these guys, I would. Been forced to use this app for over two years, and it continues to suck.
-- Soggy_07, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Keep getting error message"
Certificate error message keeps coming up and tried everything but to no avail - unacceptable in this day and age
-- Adcha1, 2024-09-11

### *---- "Useless app"
Authentication only works when you first install the app then a day later it won’t ever let you login again unless you uninstall and completely start again.

You end up in a loop where you login, authenticate and then it wants to login again and gives an error.
