It’s 2024, why no Face ID or saved credential option?
Has Worked in the Past
I’ve been using the app for the last year or so without a hitch but in the last several days I haven’t been able to get on it. It’s either got refresh or exit and I can’t get it to go to the portal I need. this is the first time there’s been a bug that doesn’t seem to be fixed.
Hasn’t worked since the update.
Can’t log in since the update. Just says something went wrong and neither refresh or logout work.
Since the last update my app is not working
My app loads and opens up my business, but after the initial open, it freezes up and will not reopen , with deleting the current version and reloading. Good Morning Thank you for your prompt response and quick fix to my app. It is working as expected. Love your service.
App doesn’t work
I can not log in to the app and it’s constantly given me issues for the last year of using it.
Never works
I have to delete and reinstall the app all the time. Very frustrating.
Needs Work
It’s has a great feel and layout, but it lags out too much.
Intuitive and straightforward
This app gives me a slick way to keep track of my private-equity investments and stay in touch with my investment manager. If I could add one thing, it would be TouchID (biometric) login support, which would encourage me to check it more frequently.
Doesn’t work
Need to delete and reinstall the app daily. Every day, it just loads and doesn’t show anything.
