Wasted so much time on this app that’s supposed to be “hassle free”. Homes listed on here are not even actually available. Called customer service over the web version of IH & he was no help, he said download the app to make it easier. Nothing was easy , account didn’t store twice & they’re pushy on applying but won’t let you see the home they want the money for.

Reinstalled old black moldy cabinets after foundation repair
Worst landlord/ slumlord corporation -allowed in Placer county. After living through a kitchen renovation exposing us to black mold, Invitation Homes had the vendor Re-install the existing 30 year old cabinets with water damage back into the kitchen as best as they could given the cheap labor. And now the water from the kitchen is brown. Tired of taking off work to be available for repairs to this home. And they’re illegally charging against County ORDINANCES for water, sewer, & trash - but can’t afford attorneys taking off work for REPAIRS

I can't log into my account! I am entering the correct username and password! but it gives me an error
Patience is a virtue
Works great all u need is a little patience… gotta get used to this because this is the way that things are gonna be done in the future … Most people that review are idiots and it’s easy to tell what really happened for them to give a bad review … all I can criticize is the people that work there but the new system is great
scammers
I made an application and they approved it, then I paid the down payment and after having paid the downpayment they canceled the application. They are thieves who only stole my money.
Rude
Whoever I talk to was extremely rude and then and just assumed that I could afford the rent or that I have bad credit
