The app is great but I found some problems along the way when the app would not allow me to edit/update item pricing. I had escalated this to customer support, looked into it but had then said that there was no problem on their end. They kept asking if I had poor connection problems, which was not the problem at all. They then asked me if I wanted to switch to another app?! They had just given up that easily and suggested to switch-Why would i do that?

The app is good, fairly easy to navigate. The app doesn’t allow overdue invoices to have a follow up email reminder set. The monthly fee isn’t viable when there are apps like wave. Pays to keep reviewing new apps I guess

I have used this app on my iPad for some time and it’s been fantastic. Set it up right and it makes life much easier. BUT I have started using it on my iPhone X and it’s an absolute nightmare. I can’t actually use it on my iPhone because the app repeatedly fails, makes its own mistakes and when it throws its tantrums no matter how many times you push send, it won’t. 
Trying to add in items to an invoice is a chore as it won’t work and they won’t show up until you’ve tried so many times that after 10 minutes they all show up in one form or another and you have to delete them all. Definitely not user friendly for the iPhone. Hopefully an update can fix this.
