Most tradespeople don't. You've got a spreadsheet, a notebook, maybe a shoebox of receipts, and it works. Sort of.  Until it's 9pm and you're sat at the kitchen table typing up invoices instead of being with the family.  Until tax time and you're hunting for that receipt you know you had.  Until your apprentice rings at 6am asking where he's meant to be. Craeftig doesn't try to replace how you work. It just takes the annoying bits off your plate. A plumber mate told us what he actually needed. Not 47 features. Not a training course. Just a way to track his jobs, log his time, snap his receipts, and send an invoice that doesn't look like it was scribbled on the back of an envelope. So that's what we built. Job Sheets: One place for everything on a job. Time, materials, receipts, progress. You can see what a job's costing you without a spreadsheet. Plan your week if you want to — set arrival slots, assign your team, see what's on today. Or don't. It works either way. Receipts: Take a photo or upload a PDF. The app has a go at reading the tax for you — it's not perfect every time, but it beats a shoebox. Every receipt gets tied to a job so come tax time, you're not scrambling. Time Tracking: Log hours and breaks against a job. Use the timesheet or clock in and out. Track time per team member. Simple. Invoicing: Make it look professional without spending an hour on it. Send by email, text, or WhatsApp. See who's paid and who hasn't. Get a nudge when someone opens it. Stick your logo on it if you want. The app checks if you've still got a timer running so you don't forget to bill for the last hour. Connect QuickBooks and sync any invoice with one tap — you choose which ones and when. No automatic sync, no duplicates. Your accountant sees it in QBO exactly as you created it, VAT and all. Your Team: They sign in with Face ID or fingerprint — no passwords to forget. Send them a link, they're in. Assign them to a job. That's it. Getting In: Face ID or fingerprint. No faffing. Built for plumbers, electricians, joiners, carpenters, handymen, general builders, HVAC engineers, roofers, painters, decorators, bricklayers, and general contractors. It's not trying to do everything. It's not trying to be clever. It's just the stuff that matters for a small trade business — in your pocket instead of in your head. Give it a go. It's free. If it saves you even one evening of paperwork, it was worth ten minutes of your time. Need a hand?
