Tiny Invoice: Facturación

Three years of data gone. All on the day I auto renewed my account. They took the money on Dec 23 2024 then covered the "ADD" invoice area with a holiday cookie that says you must now pay $99 even though they took my auto payment of the normal 1 buisness of $29.99 ( which now says in Apple , even if I cancel, that this is good till dec23 2025!!). Yes I sent 3-4 emails about this WITH NO RESPONSE FOR WEEKS NOW! Well, Tiny Invoice, the response won't be tiny. Reading reviews from 4-6 years ago all say " they dump the data, won't respond, keep your money. Apple Store is also looking into this. Even using "Restore" gives "error, can't be done". In fact, any function in the app meant to restore or even communicate to tiny brain invoice give a simple error. My phone or computer at home and work as well as my wife's three computers all give "thanks for using- let us know how we can help- just don't bother texting, emailing , reviewing negatively ("please email us before a bad review so we can....." ignore us??)and not even an auto generated " we'll get back to you soon" response. NOTHING- just completely Avoid this app or any other app from this group.

Loved the app at first, but now it seems that with each update we have they make the app more complex and confusing. Updates are meant to make the app experience easier and better. This is definitely not the case with Tiny Invoice.

The best app for making your business better

Love this app. Been using it for my lawn service for years now.

App stopped working after I paid 100 for the year. My invoices words get cut off when I export the pdf. I have bids to send out and cannot sent them.

I have used this app for years and it was great. They recently changed a bunch of things on the app and nothing is working right. I can’t create an invoice without an issue every time I try to use the app. So frustrated! Please bring back the original version.

I moved to a new iPhone and found that my saved information was not accessible. Even more, my password was not saved by the normal iOS password vault (at least, not under any of the myriad domain names used by this company). I requested a “reset password” link, and was assured by the app that the link had been sent. I have done this repeatedly over the last 24 hours, as well as sending emails to the (two) support email addresses; I’ve received no link and no response, and I currently can’t issue invoices, which is costing me money. If you’re going to use this app, consider long and hard before you do. UPDATE: I received a response to this review, which asked me to email them. So, given that this review is all about them NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS, I can only surmise that their customer service is run entirely by AI, and rather stupid AI at that.

I used to have a representative that sent invoices out on my behalf but there’s something so gratifying / incentivizing about tracking your business’ growth for yourself… Yep, love this app.

I want the old version back. The new update does not do what I need it to do.
