Quick and easy
Super easy to create invoices and my customers are happy with the payment system. **UPDATE** My invoices say DKK but my customers are being charged in dollars. I’ve asked for help, because I’ve had to refund 2 customers, and invoice simple hasn’t helped yet. I contacted Stripe and it’s not their fault but definitely the fault of this app. Please make sure your clients are being charged in the correct currency.

Limit invoices
Unless you get the premium, the limit for invoices is now 10 per month. The premium price is only $20 per month before taxes. My issue isn’t with the price, my issue is that before you were able to send as many invoices per month no matter the tier. Also, why add 3 different tiers for sending invoices ? This is ridiculously greedy. I’ve been using this app for a few years but I’m switching. Before we know it, they’ll start charging per invoice, and lock features to different price tiers. Oh wait, they already lock features. What a shame. This app had potential.
Incompetent customer service
First of all great app a lot of things doesn’t make sense they give you an option to upload an image for support, but you can upload a image first bug they give you the option to send the tax rate but then every single time when you add an item either if you save or you just created it, he asked you for the tax rate for that item And the worst thing they make you work with PayPal business that if you ever try to work with it, completely invasive to the business owner personal life that don’t give you the option to work with any other company like square or any known company you are unable to put a link so the customer can click the link and make a payment great potential terrible execution
So so of a product
Its so helpful and makes everything easier to have organized builds a very nice invoice for you and your business. PROBLEM IS you pay $200 for the app subscription and you cant open the app on your macbook because the app is not compatible!! You would think youd be able to open your account anywhere, anytime for $200 but no!?!? Extremely dissapointed!
