How much does Invoice Simple cost?
Invoice Simple has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is €19.49.
Unless you get the premium, the limit for invoices is now 10 per month. The premium price is only $20 per month before taxes. My issue isn’t with the price, my issue is that before you were able to send as many invoices per month no matter the tier. Also, why add 3 different tiers for sending invoices ? This is ridiculously greedy. I’ve been using this app for a few years but I’m switching. Before we know it, they’ll start charging per invoice, and lock features to different price tiers. Oh wait, they already lock features. What a shame. This app had potential.
Incompetent customer service
First of all great app a lot of things doesn’t make sense they give you an option to upload an image for support, but you can upload a image first bug they give you the option to send the tax rate but then every single time when you add an item either if you save or you just created it, he asked you for the tax rate for that item And the worst thing they make you work with PayPal business that if you ever try to work with it, completely invasive to the business owner personal life that don’t give you the option to work with any other company like square or any known company you are unable to put a link so the customer can click the link and make a payment great potential terrible execution

Its so helpful and makes everything easier to have organized builds a very nice invoice for you and your business. PROBLEM IS you pay $200 for the app subscription and you cant open the app on your macbook because the app is not compatible!! You would think youd be able to open your account anywhere, anytime for $200 but no!?!? Extremely dissapointed!

I have been a customer of invoice simple for about five years or more and it is just amazing I love the interface. It is easy to use and track all of my billing in business. I highly highly recommend this app.

Invoice simple use to be a great app the charges you $5 for unlimited invoices. Now you’re being charged $5 for 3 invoices per month and the ability to print doesn’t even work. Greedy company and I hope to see its downfall.

STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY FIX THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTIONS
PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I CANNOT ACCESS!! I have over 1200 invoices with this app and it has been great for the past three years until they just went with stripe for taking credit card payments and it has been an absolute nightmare. Switching to QuickBooks unless they fix this mess quick.
Scam
I bought the $13.99 monthly subscription and now they want me to pay $19.99 per month in order for my clients to sign the estimate. I’d recommend a different app that doesn’t try to scam you out of money.
3 year customers leaving
I have been a customer of this app for 3 years. Last year I paid $70 this year they want $200. That is a 300% markup, I will find a different way to make invoices. I hope this outrageous price change negatively affects your business. I highly recommend people finding a different route and not use this app.
