Tappade bort mitt konto
Har haft ett konto några år MEN varit nöjd men detta.. 14/10 Bekräftelse på betalningen nästa betalning 14/11. Så jag har ett aktivt konto, inte missat betalningen (vilket iof inte borde göra att man försvinner utan ett meddelande om detta) 25/10 går det inte att logga in. Kontaktar supporten som får all info som behövs (kvittokopior, fakturakopior mm) men hon hittar inte mitt konto och skriver: Vi tackar för oss utan någon som helst lösning på problemet. Chatten tar drygt 1,5 timme dessutom då det tar ca 15 min varje gång innan hon läser ett svar.

Price hikes, and invoice limits. Not worth it.
Price gets raises a couple of times per year, and there’s a limit to how many invoices you can send. 3 to be exact for the basic subscription, ridiculous.
