Beware of Invoice2go: Unreliable Service and Poor Support
I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Invoice2go and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. I have been a loyal user for 8 years, but recent events have left me extremely dissatisfied. Firstly, a critical syncing error with Xero has persisted for over a month, despite multiple attempts to resolve it. This has disrupted my business operations and caused significant financial loss. The lack of urgency and accountability from Invoice2go's support team is appalling. Furthermore, communication throughout this ordeal has been abysmal. I've been left in the dark, unsure of the status of the issue and when it will be resolved. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Invoice2go. As a paying customer, I expect reliability and timely support, neither of which has been provided. I am now exploring alternative solutions for my invoicing needs and strongly advise others to do the same. Avoid Invoice2go at all costs unless you want to deal with frustration and disappointment. Overall, I regret ever using this service and would give it zero stars if possible. Beware of Invoice2go's unreliable service and poor support.

Panicking and gobsmacked
I’ve been using this system successfully for years and years I’ve tried to log in today, it’s booted me out wants me to sign up and pay £7.99 a month. Since I already have an account so I check out my subscriptions to see my subscription expires on 15th April. Sign up to the £7.99 a month log in to find I’m a new customer and I need to start my account from scratch. I have lost all my client details, past invoices and account history. Thank you for destroying my accounts! I’m dismayed at the level on your inadequacy. Contact me to rectify this as you provide no contact details to help and assist your service users.

No faults errors like other reviews. Slightly expensive at £30pm, but it works, is simple and does everything I need.
