J’ai voulu utiliser application mobile pour me désabonner, l’application m’affichait un message d’erreur, j’ai tout de suite contacté le support client, ils ont mis plus de 15 jours à me répondre et ils m’ont facturé un mois supplémentaire. Donc application qui bug, service, client, déplorable. Plus jamais, j’utiliserai ce service.

Pour faire un parcours de 1000km, j’ai dû passer par une application tierce (ABRP) mais qui était payante pour fonctionner en Apple car... Donc pour profiter de l’excellent réseau de charge de IONITY, je devais créer un trajet sur mon portable avec ABRP en donnant préférence à IONITY, trouver les coordonnées des stations sur l’appli à 2 balles de IONITY et l’encoder manuellement dans la voiture… C’est dommage d’avoir tout à portée de main et de devoir chipoter pour y arriver. La note de 1 étoile est pour l’appli, pas pour le réseau, que je trouve vraiment top.
