Mir ist die Ionity App zu fummelig. Auch mit bestehendem Abo muss man, bevor mal laden kann, erstmal die Säule aussuchen, da wird man manchmal auf der falschen Autobahnseite geortet und dann geht trotzt richtiger Säulennummer nichts. Also scannt man den QR Code auf der Säule, davon gibt es aber zwei, nur einer ist verwendbar. Dann muss man noch drei Mal auf „Ja, wirklich bezahlen“ drücken, bis die Ladung hoffentlich beginnt. 

Die Statusanzeige ist auch nicht zuverlässig und zeigt gerne veraltete Werte an, leider.

### ****- "Macht was sie soll und das Design ist ansprechend"
Ich bin etwas ungeübt mit IONITY aber ich finde mich zurecht.
Auf den Ladesäulen sind mehr QR Codes als ich mir wünsche, dann steht man im Regen ohne Dach und sucht den richtigen Code.
Ist etwas unbequem aber ein Hinweis zu Verbesserungen

IONITY ist nicht in der Lage, die monatliche Passport-Rechnung der einzigen existenten Kreditkarte zu belasten. Im Gegensatz dazu werden die Ladevorgänge sofort der Kreditkarte belastet. Die Organisation bei den Debitoren ist hier ungenügend. Der Support kennt die eigene Homepage und deren Empfehlungen nicht. Auf eine Problemlösung warte ich seit mehr als 12 Monaten, obwohl der CFO eingeschaltet ist.

Oh Mann, IONITY nach so vielen Jahren immer noch keine App, die wirklich gut funktioniert. Weil man schon 40 € blockiert, bevor man mit dem Lade Prozess beginnt, was er leider normal ist für Firmen wie euch solltet ihr das vielleicht nicht fünf mal hintereinander machen, wenn ihr jedes Mal kein Ladevorgang zu Stande bekommt. So steht man an der Ladesäule und verbringt mehr Zeit, damit, Geld von einem Konto aufs andere zu schieben, als das Auto zu lagen.

19.12.2024 wollten wir diese App ausprobieren: nach Registrierung steht dort in der Mitte: Bitte geben Sie Ihr Fahrzeug ein! Aber versehentlich haben die Programmierer ein Feld vergessen, wo man sein Fahrzeug eingeben kann. Wir bekommen diese Meldung bitte geben Sie Ihr Fahrzeug ein, nicht weg.

Ich möchte gerne einen IONITY Passport abschließen aber seit Wochen ist das weder über die Website (Weiterleitung zur App) noch innerhalb der App möglich. Mit dem Ad-hoc-Tarif ist IONITY einfach uninteressant. Sehr schade!

Bedienung intuitiv, aber Abrechnungs-Procedere ist Katastrophe. Für  jeden 5 Euro Betrag wird eine eigene Rechnung und eigene Abbuchung erstellt. Warum keine Monatsrechnung oder zumindest Wochenabrechnung?
