It is not always connect to the charger, so sometimes 3-4 verifications needed for starting. 2nd problem: unable to re-register: the “Sign up” button was removed after you registerd. I deleted the account and now I can’t re-register. 3rd problem: once on of the chargin points sent a false charging answer to the app: showed it is charging, but did not do anything. After that I nearly every time needed to call the phone support for starting the charging manually. 4th if you cancel the passport once, it is impossible to re subscribe: the subscribe button was missing! Please fix it
