Reserverar 500 kr vid varje laddningstillfälle
Laddarna har fungerat bra och priset per kWh 3,50 kr (juni 2024, med Ionity Passport Power) är helt okay. Dock reserverar de 500 kr vid varje laddtillfälle (motsvarande två fulla laddningar av mitt batteri) på ditt betalkort. Utöver det drar de den faktiska kostnaden för laddningen. Reservationen om 500 kr verkar inte vara så viktigt för Ionity att betala tillbaka. Ex. är du på långresa och laddar fyra gånger á 100 kr, då får du betala totalt 400 kr för laddningen och dessutom ligga ute med 2000 kr på ditt betalkort, som du inte vet när du får tillbaka. Dvs. dina pengar blir låsta och du kan inte använda dem. Under all kritik! Hade de inte låst upp mina pengar på obestämd tid, hade de lätt fått fyra stjärnor. Jag betalar nu hellre mer per kWh någon annanstans och jag kan använda MINA pengar till annat.

Where are the charging prices?
I cannot see the charging tariffs for each of the charging stations when selecting one on a map. If they are there, then they need to be more visible.

Appen är sjukt instabil o fattar inte när laddningen inte funkar, samt går inte att stoppa eftersom den inte har kontakt med varken laddaren eller bilen
