The phone in support for my device is equally worthless. The man hung upon me. He couldn’t understand what I was trying to convey. I had the app for years with zero issues, and in November my subscription was about to expire and I called to get a lower price, which had tripled. They did this, but afterwards, my app was no longer working. My husband can access it on his desktop, but I can no longer access it on my iPad. If no one can help me, I will end up canceling my subscription. -- Canrn, 2024-12-20 ### ***** "Always There" I can always find up to date information and Hawkeye news each time I click. Plus e- newspaper fills in even more. Great job P-C! -- commuter john, 2024-12-01 ### *---- "Subscription is useless" We’ve been subscribers for decades, with daily home delivery and online access—sometimes. Today I get nothing but repeated offers to subscribe or "restore" our subscription, but access to no stories. What a pain. -- garma z, 2024-09-08 ### ***** "Just want the other app" Used to be able to read on news memory app -- llcooljohn14, 2024-07-31 ### **--- "Often problems loading" Poor site, loading issues and in turning pages often changes format back to smaller double pages. Previous app was much more reliable -- SRS105, 2024-07-22 ### *---- "Please fix the app so whole pages can be displayed!!" The page is either too large or too small. I want to read the newspaper on my iPad, and it’s frustrating to try to do so. -- RLHFND, 2024-07-18 ### *---- "App crashes on iPad" While reading the Iowa City Press Citizen e-newspaper in the app or browser mode crash almost daily. It’s hardly worth subscribing to the digital version of the newspaper. -- Long time Sufferer, 2023-10-30 ### ***-- "Ads" Too many ads for a paid subscription -- LasanskyFam, 2023-09-02 ### **--- "E-edition" Moving the e-edition to this app needs some work, trying to pinch to zoom in and out does not work smooth at all. App is jumpy and not like it was on the old application. Please continue to work on improving the old function. -- Kwnnmn, 2023-08-18 ### **--- "I like the old app" New app has pop up ads. As a SUBSCRIBER, one shouldn’t have to put up with pop up ads. Also, you can’t zoom into a page to make it full width like you could with the old app. -- Gazette Subscriber, 2023-07-25 [View all Iowa City Press reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Iowa City Press In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Iowa City Press-Citizen Digital Subscription | $9.99 | | Iowa City Press-Citizen Annual Digital Subscription | $69.99 | ## Iowa City Press Discovered Keywords - citizen - free citizen app - citizen app - the citizen app - citizen com - citizen alert ## Iowa City Press Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/iowa-city-press-citizen-ibP/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/iowa-city-press-citizen-ibP/canada) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/iowa-city-press-citizen-ibP/indonesia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/iowa-city-press-citizen-ibP/mexico) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
