Reviews
Freezes when no connection
Good app but has one problem. If one camera from the list is unavailable (no network connection), the whole app freezes. Cannot even touch the menu. Could you fix this please? I have a mix of cameras available from the internet and from internal network. It takes too long for the app to say it’s offline

Je to super aplikácia všetko funguje ako ma až na jednu poctatnu vec neda sa vôbec zamazat nahrávaný záznam možnosť tam síce že delte ale vôbec sa to nedá zmazať iba ak celu aplikáciu a potom si tam musím dat kamery na novo nainštalovať vždy tam pri každej akualizaci dávaju nové kamery bol by som rad keby sa zamerali na tento problém 😜👍 je to dosť otravne a zbytočne konkurencia ma tuto istú aplikáciu tam to šľape ako hodinky

Not very good these days
App takes a long time to load cameras recently and sometimes never does without restarting app and/or iphone.
Rocksolid and reliable
Update: 07/7/24 its been at least three years since I wrote the below review and my opinion hasn’t changed at all. It wrks 100% every time I use it. Even my suggestion to add real time picture control adjustment. If you’re having issues seeing or controlling a camera the issue is most likely something is set up incorrectly on the camera or app (operator error) or the camera is not listed in the tested known to work camera list. I’ve been using this app for nearly 10 yrs. and have never had an issue. it’s connected to any camera I’ve throw at it & simply works. If I had any suggestions to improve the app I would say (if it’s technically possible) interface the camera picture controls of the cameras allowing the user to adjust brightness, contrast, etc. would be helpful. Aside from that I will continue to know whenever i need to monitor my property this app will preform every time.
Crappy
This app is useless cause most of the time it won’t work. I go weeks without being able to see what is going on at work. For this being a purchased app, they should keep it updated. Very disappointed.
Slow frame rate
Multicam view frame rate is very slow. I am not sure if the app uses hardware decoding or not but my hikvision app displays 16 cameras at once with 15fps each. It would be nice if the multicam view frame rate could be improved.
