iPacemaker Device

Great resource, I paid for and used iPacemaker Pro (no longer on the App Store) for the longest time but maybe the content was not updated? I then paid for and currently use iPacemaker Plus...great resource however lately the app seems to hang when I open it. I sometimes wait 2-5 minutes before I can access the information. Very often I just give up. Would like to get some app support but the link is broken? There is no other way to contact the developer so here is my review. Can you please provide big fixes, it takes too long to open. I currently have the latest version from the App Store and the latest iOS 13.3.1 and no other apps open and iPacemaker Plus still does not open. Will give 5 star review if this is fixed.

Update NOV 2024: Support from App Store told me they would work out a deal with me, to email them, I did that, and they replied, “sorry we can’t help you.” I purchased the app in 2018 and agreed to a one time lifetime charge. Shortly after I was unable to use. No refund, not able to access information since. Maybe I should have explored litigation, I paid for a lifetime membership, and now there is a subscription fee? That’s not how it works. Users that purchased lifetime memberships should clearly be grandfathered in or refund the original charge.

I was helped by support team and I am now able to understand the App better. Great App. Use it almost daily.

So insanely expensive for no reason. This info should be public but owner just wants a money grab

Purchased this app and it requires me to continues to request a subscription fee and a 3-6-12 month basis to use. Why would I purchase this to only be told you must continue to Kay yearly - that was not the original deal and I should not continue to be charged

Was a great resource that came with a hefty price but I felt it was worth it. Now the creator has apparently taken his customers’ money hostage by requiring they pay MORE on a subscription basis to keep access to the info they already payed good money for. Something tells me he’ll learn the hard way that his greed will cost him; the info provided by this app is not impossible to find, this was a convenient one-stop-shop but not worth the ridiculous subscription fees he’s looking to collect.

Bought this app for work 2 years ago. Paid $15ish dollars for the app. This app went to a subscription base platform in I 2021 (I believe). At this point, they said since I purchased the app before the subscription plan was in effect, I will still have access to all devices and leads already in the system until that point. Fast forward to now, I can no longer use the app or see all the old information (even though they said I was able to). Also contacted customer support, in which they basically said too bad. They won’t refund my money or help even though I purchased the app.

I paid a lot of money for this app years ago and had access to the whole site. Now after the latest update I have access to nothing! The information that I paid for is now not available to me unless I have a subscription. This app has now become useless. I should have been grandfathered in to have access to the whole site. It does not make sense for you to take away the information that I used to have and now make me pay for it.

This APP worked just fine a week ago but an APP update pushed 2 days ago that I don’t need nor authorized and now it can’t be used unless I pay a subscription. This update was not necessary for my needs. While I realize and understand this APP needs to have updated current information , there should have been a choice to update or not. I paid for this APP in 2018 and was perfectly happy with the information provided without the update, now it’s useless to me. Again, my usage did not warrant or need an updated data base.
