It’s too cumbersome to login now through OTP, earlier version via PIN was better, also after update food menu and images of child section is not working properly, in CCTV screen no proper zoom in and zoom out option is available. Kindly fix the above issues.

The new OTP based login has made accessing the app by both parents very clunky and difficult. If the parent whose phone number is not registered tries to login, they have to depend on the other parent to share the OTP.
Can we not have an option to have either OTP or password (which can be saved) which reduces the dependence. 
The older system of logging was far more easier.

The organisers are from iit but the app is pathetic. Most of the times the camera is not working or some other issues .
