Unable to delete the account

I used the app once and received a notification that there was an issue with my payment. I tried to enter several different cards and all I get is an “Opps!” I have tried to reach out the company several times and I have yet to receive a response. This app is trash and InterPark Co. is trash.

I paid for reserved parking during an event weekend. Was not able to park due to capacity. 😡. Never scanned my QR code.

My account keeps getting disabled and I can’t use it. Not one at any of the garages seems to know how to fix it and I get absolutely no response to my emails.

Won’t allow me to purchase, says to update to latest but already redownloaded

Convenient app but buggy. QR code doesn’t always load, transactions take a while to show up

This app is the worst part of my morning. It shuts down mid-registration multiple times each morning. Some days I’ve had to Uber simply because I couldn’t get the app to cooperate. PLEASE! BUG FIXES NOW!!

How hard is it to develop a simple app that works? Don’t get me started on lack of basic functionality like booking based on past account activity. Worst app ever. Get used to lots of ‘Ooops null’ errors. Your profile will be lost after every update. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Every time the app updates it deletes my account. This app is the worse!!

I will list only a few things. Because there are too many. I had to change my credit card for monthly parking numerous times. They confused my email with someone else’s and cancelled my monthly parking because her card was declined. They changed my monthly lot location one day and I couldn’t get out. The people in the office told me I was lying about the location of the lot I have used for over 10 years. Whenever something happens it’s never their system that’s in error. It’s always the customer. And on and on…
