This has got to be the worst app.  Keeps saying “something has gone really bad” I think they got a primary school child to create this ! I’ll keep using the website.

I love that I can quickly check the balance for my son’s meals etc on the app, but I just can’t get it to take payment from my card. It just circles and nothing happens so I give up, clear the basket and go to the website. It might be due to added security on card payments nowadays. Any chance of making the app compatible with Apple Pay or something?

It just doesn’t work. I can log in but can’t do anything else. All screens continuously loading and nothing is happening. Can only access my profile. Can’t use for anything really.

what a waste of time this app is.   doesn’t recognise any inputs or commands 
bring  back a dinner lady and cash so parents and children don’t sit at night and get very frustrated.  only way i could get it to work was going on the website even then you have to tick every box or it would let you order.  GARBAGE !!!

It states that payments for my child’s school are only available to make via the website, which makes the app utterly useless.

### **--- "Needs a payment successful confirmation screen"
With having three kids it’s Great that there is finally an app as it’s much more user friendly than the website, but when making a payment there is no confirmation that it has actually gone through it just sits on the pay screen, I need to exit the app then reopen it to see the transaction history. Only flaw fix that and it’s an easy 5 stars.

Not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews, the app is great; works flawlessly, particularly if you have children which attend different schools who use iPayimpact. You can pay and pre-order meals with simplicity, it’s fast and responsive.

My only criticism is the registration process, this could be streamlined - for example, not quite sure why you have to verify the email address before you can input your personal information, perhaps this could be done once you’ve registered the account.

Apart from that, keep up the great work!

Made me change my password and won’t accept a password generated by my phone. Then once I’d dealt with that and tried to login, it told me my username was too long.  I give up - app deleted and back to the website
