The App update is awful. Doesn’t show your local map on landing page anymore, just country so you have to zoom in every time. Constantly sends geofence alarms even when my pet is well inside the geofence. Can’t see the travel history easily anymore. Worst “update” ever.

The tracker itself I think seems small and light enough but the app has no frozen on me and won’t find my cat and just crashes every time I open it. Can’t trust it now so sadly have to send back. It seems there is simply NO reliable tracker on the market at all yet. Don’t rely on these things anyway :(

I couldn't put it better than UR LUVD 1. This product is expensive and next to useless. Mine had to be sent back when first received it and they took two weeks to get it back to me. The battery life is not adequate, the interface doesn't work very well and it doesn't seem to update when it should. Find another tracker!

Accurate and easy to use

This app and the expensive tracker that goes with it are a waste of money. The app is clunky, slow to update and lacking in features. The collar tracker is difficult to clip on and off and the battery life is really poor. The app goes hours without updating (e.g. 10 hours where I've set it to two hours) regardless of what the settings are. There's no button to press to ask "where is my dog right now", and the app is slow to respond to a change in setting from normal updates to more urgent updates. There are icons on the screen that have no interface, where you'd expect them to have a function if you pressed them. Bitterly disappointed - hundreds of dollars for sub functional kit and software.
