I placed an order with them and the expected delivery time was a week. It has been 2 to 3 weeks now, and I have not received my order. I am not getting any help from this app. Neither the delivery company. Because of the delay in my delivery, if I am going to the app and opting to cancel my order because I have waited too long, they are charging me around hundred rupees. The cancellation is not because I don’t want the order anymore. The cancellation is because it’s not getting delivered at all. There is no system of Support with IPF. I have sent them emails. There is no contact number, so the only way you can reach them in emails, but there is zero response.

I was scammed on the IpF 
app. I listed a sterilizer, packed it securely in polythene, and handed it to the delivery agent. After delivery, I was told the item arrived broken and that it was my fault for poor packing.

I accepted it, but when the item was returned to me, it was clearly not the same product. My original sterilizer had a product sticker at the bottom, visible in my packing video. The one I received back had no sticker. Also, mine only closed automatically at the set timer, but this one can be closed manually.

After reviewing the unwrapping video closely, I noticed the broken part was never shown. This confirms it’s a scam. The user responsible is Pushpa G.

Due to buyer protection, they got their money back and i got their broken piece. No seller protection.

The team is quite useless and pushy - they want you to pack and send the package soon but hold no accountability. They have lost my 40k car seat and are not responding now to my emails or calls or doing anything to get my car seat back

They take buyer protection fees from us and they serve the seller. They support the seller saying he was genuine. Not at all recommended. Better to book from Amazon , Flipkart or similar sites who charge 5 rupees and take care of customer… IPF is pathetic

It is a good app to check listing by various sellers akin to a Facebook marketplace or OLX.
There are two exclusive values that IPF claims to have which is shipping and money protection against fraud. 
I have bought multiple things from IPF and both these things provide support which is subpar at best. There has been a 75% delay in shipping of all my orders (more than 15 days), packaging is horrible (I once ordered a carrier worth 10k which came in just a cardboard box and expectedly was damaged). I have gotten things that were torn/infested and no money protection has come to my rescue.
So overall, if you’re in a place where you can go and pick things from the seller please do that. Come to IPF to find sellers but not to use the IPF services.

### **--- "Good initiative but lacks accountability"
I genuinely appreciate the platform’s effort to create a marketplace for parents to reuse and circulate baby items. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I sold an item that got misplaced due to an AWB mismatch during pickup/shipping. When it was eventually returned, it came back badly damaged and is no longer usable or repairable for resale.

It’s unfortunate that a perfectly usable wooden item now has to be discarded because of poor delivery handling. If logistics are part of the experience, there should be stronger accountability and ownership to protect both sellers and buyers.

I am still awaiting response on my issue from IPF team.

I thought this app was cool in the beginning bcz u will get preloved items very less price and also shipping charges also lesser but now shipping charges also more 
It would be nice like amazon add to cart items then buy all to avail free shipping (more than 499)and mainly after i ordered it came to nightmare because there is no proper shipping facility they will not send anyone to prior inspection the product ,the seller will simply send the item in food bag or box without bubble wrapping or fully cover then it will damaged then it got delayed then it will lost then they will say we will refund the full amount after so many messages sending through the email to customer service but there is no proper fast customer support 
If u send today they will rpl tmrw 
Imagine if u order today u want to go through all this for almost 15 days for refund not to product 
Thats why i decided to buy first hand 
I already rised complaint against shipping and seller packaging but no action took 
I received 1 order damaged and another one lost 
Both took almost more than 15 days +15 days
Seriously i was thinking to sell my product after my baby grown but now i am thinking to delete the app

IPF is a really great app useful for all new parents. From toys to clothes we can buy and sell all products. It’s a really great initiative to save the environment - we can reuse the products which have a good shelf life and avoid these getting dumped. IPF has created a really great platform where new parents specially new mommies can connect and get helpful information regarding handling newborns/toddlers and share their postpartum issues.

Useless app….i have given my upi id but still after 2 3 sell n their payment…now my payment for 2 order is pending …they just send me the msg that upi id is missing and everyday I update my upi id but they are still not releasing my payment…very poor management…I m fed up by sending them emails but no change.

They don’t provide any customer support. They don’t pick up calls, not even read messages. Save yourself from the stress and sell
your product which you bought from your hard earned money some where else. There are so many people posing as buyers are fraud and this platform supports them. Worst experience.
