## IPIC Theatres Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ridiculous"
The app Never remembers my login credentials, this is a super simple feature that every other app I have does. Makes me not buy tickets. On top of that their booking fee through the app is ridiculously expensive, especially considering the frustration you go through to use this crummy app.
I could increase their profits by 10% if they would spend a few dollars on the app
-- Superbrian2010, 2025-10-18

### *---- "Make a new website"
so tired of the terrible ipic website and app experience. I made an incorrect reservation because I had to keep switching devices because stuff just doesn’t work. Lost money because of this.
-- pled3i, 2025-07-26

### ***** "Works well!"
List of useful features
-- jwilcott, 2025-06-23

### *---- "Worst EVER!!!!!"
This is THE worst app ever. It is so frustrating. UNUSABLE. The web site is just as bad.

Save yourself the trouble, just buy tickets at the box office.
-- Jonah Snowgoose, 2025-05-22

### *---- "This app is the fake version!!"
This app is the fake/scam version of the actual “Ipic theaters” app. Dont make any payments
-- joyrideisthebestcandy8829, 2025-04-22

### *---- "Bad app"
The developers do nit any clue what is UI/UX and how to develop mass market b2c app….
-- Andy90123, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Waist of time - probably a scam"
After entering private info - including a birthdate. The application cannot authentication.
-- Gavleston island dissapointed, 2024-10-13

### *---- "Please Fix this Dumpster fire of an app!"
No matter what, it says “Payment Denied” Help!
-- Super Rican, 2024-09-25

### *---- "What a terrible app"
Aside from the below average UX it is not possible to capture credit card information because the state is a required field, is supposed to be automatically set when the ZIP code is entered, but since only the city is set when the ZIP is set, and not the state, the form cannot be submitted because it fails client side validation.
🤦‍♂️
