Question above.

Errors in Divine Office

SillyHippo73 on

I love this app, but occasionally there are errors in the Divine Office (readings/prayers for the wrong day). Otherwise I love this app, so I’ll probably use BrevMeum in the future for the office.

Use this app daily but

I use this app daily and love all it has especially the audio version. I do wish that it was formatted like the book version of the Pieta that I own and the updates for the St Bridget prayers caused me to not be able to move between 1st prayer and other prayers. I sometimes will start a prayer in my book and need to move to the audible version. Also, there are times I need to pause the audible version and need to continue and it’s too easy to accidentally start all over again instead of resuming from your spot. Please bring back there ability to forward between prayers

I’m so glad I found this app! It has so many prayers and readings from the doctors of the church. This is the must have app for those staying faithful to God and those coming back to God. Please never so working on this app, keep improving it and being the fishers of souls. God bless you.

I LOVE this app! This app contains such a variety of prayers and with audio versions! The calender is great too because it has the option of switching views from Novus Ordo to Latin. This is the best and I am so thankful to the people who created and maintain it. God bless you!

Good for the soul

For anyone who wishes to become closer to God - this app provides The Bible in many languages. There are daily scriptures. There are daily prayers. A lot of the prayers are read to you by a priest, which is very comforting and soothing. The features take some exploring - but this journey is well worth it for eternal peace and happiness.

Excellent app!

No, seriously, why aren’t you using it already? Bonus points for the dark mode!

Disappointed

Ajax-21 on

This app (previously) demanded 5 stars: I am now being generous (as regards functionality) offering 3; my reason for this many (3) is based on content & price [it’s still free, assuming a donation is not provided]. The opening interface offers non-functional Latin Rite options; the search function is completely useless (yes, I was sure to check the box in settings); whereas the books (veritas) download completely upon pressing and holding, now different sections within a particular volume must be downloaded separately. The continued practice of tightly (and in tiny text) habit over the last several versions of grouping the jump-to categories for prayers is also annoying; increasing the general text size is NOT the answer: doing so effects ALL the text lines, thus increasing eye strain instead of decreasing it.

Terrible updates, errors

I wished the developers hadn’t changed the app. All my bookmarks and notes are gone as are my highlights. Plus there are errors in the prayer section. It’s terrible. I really enjoyed this app and recommended it. Not anymore.
