Crashes every single time I try and customize the times for the non-alerting hours. The problem is I set it up to prompt me every hour and ask me a set of questions and I almost never receive an alert. Maybe once a week. It's really been vexing and frustrating figuring out how the alerts work in terms of immediate, fixed, random, but I emailed the support team and was helped right away. Unfortunately the issue has not been solved so I'm stuck with opening the app when I remember to do so instead of getting alerted throughout the day like I had hoped. As a clinical psychologist, I love this app's potential for providing my patients with a platform for customized prompting and data collection throughout the week, and having them share that data with me. 2 issues: 1) It erases all of the former responses after a few days, and I'm not sure if there is any way to change this. I know that I can export the data, but I'd like the app to not erase old data without asking me. 2) I'd love it if the data were more easily exported into an Excel spreadsheet or some other application that would allow for quantitative data analysis.
