My repeated attempts to communicate with them were ignored, leaving me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer. Overall, my experience with iQueen has been nothing short of disappointing. From receiving incorrect items to being ignored by customer service, it’s clear that this app prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to think twice before using iQueen, as you may end up with a similar experience of frustration and disappointment.
