What i cant fathom is you , making the only solution for online banking issue is ONLY THROUGH PHONE CALL. I came to a branch to settle this issue because there is no answer from your side. How do i settle things if cant do it online , and if i go to a branch they told me the solution to my problem, is to call the toll free line at night?! I would not have come, if i havent been trying to call in the first place. If i could give a 0 star.
