The customer service in the IRCCloud servers is terrible. They are rude and they act like you owe them something even when you’re a paying subscriber. Not worth the money, and there’s better alternatives. Also, their servers crash all the time randomly. Check their twitter feed if you don’t believe me. Their app has been crashing every 2 seconds on my phone recently. How does this company still have users?

Hasn’t worked on my iPad in months. Simply stuck on “Connecting” and refuses to open.

I was unable to reset my password and couldn’t figure out why. I was eventually told that I had reported an IRCCloud email for spam (I hadn’t) and to prevent it from happening again they blocked my email address. Amateur and unprofessional.

No idea what’s wrong with the app. It just won’t connect. Could someone help me? I’m told that I’ve to pay for it. Is it true?

Has a great free portion. It is totally worth the paid subscription.

You have to sign up with them to be able to do anything in the first place. Once you do sign up, basic functionality is locked away until you pay; which you can't do from inside the app (you have to do it from their website). Will refuse to connect to servers with passwords because it's a "paid feature". Will also refuse to connect to servers without passwords though, and your guess is good as mine as to why. Just don't download it.

Simple, does the job. Normally I don't bother rating apps but pleasantly surprised by this one. #FuelRats

Because they insist on using their own stupid host instead of your own half the servers you want to visit ban you for too many connections from your host and there's nothing you can do about it. The tech support is just people who half read your message and respond with idiotic non-fixes. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to pay for their monthly service and still be unable to even connect to a server, let alone actually chat.

I really enjoy the app but I'm seriously frustrated with my inability to upload any images; each time I try I get a message saying it has failed and to try again later. It has been doing this for two weeks ever since I upgraded to the newest IOS. Hopefully support sees this and fixes this bug or explains how to use their support.

Even when I deleted it. I am still log in for some reason. I reinstalled days later and it was if I never deleted it.
