It’s a fraud app.
Never order from this app. I recently placed a paid order and it did not got delivered. It’s showing as arrived in app but there is no option to contact these people or raise a complaint . Please never use this app to order food
Worst app
Very bad app, i ordered my food even paid online but still the delivery guy did not delivered it to me, as he could not make it on time on the station. I have mailed to them but still no response is there from there side. Never going to use this

Really most pathetic experience with this delivery partner. Ordered food before three hours and finally didn’t get it delivered. Restaurant finally cancelled the order after long wait as they prepared the order and no delivery partner picked up. DO NOT USE this app anyone
Its a SCAM LOST MY MONEY
Ordered through this app. Money was deducted and food was prepared but no one delivered the product , also there is no customer care no. BIG SCAM
Food delivery service
Food doesn’t delivers on time.I have ordered 13 times in this app almost 9 times I didn’t get the order. The restaurant doesn’t respond to the call. We can’t track the food order until we receive a call from the delivery person.
Waste of money and time
Failed to deliver the address no response from any of them worst experience ever kudos and great going to ecatering making money without providing the food
Food poisoning
Actually I regularly traveled but this tome when I ordered food every thing is good look time taste but I can’t understand that later I have pay for this with my health surely the food is not good when I reached chennai in the morning I started rapidly Vomit nd lose motion more than 15 times Its really serious condition. I didn’t find any complaint option where I can warn the people so before ordering please take care of yourself
