Zero rating update fast
Using the tatkal booking system has become an incredibly frustrating experience. The platform frequently crashes or fails to log in during peak hours, making it almost impossible to book tickets on time. It feels as though the system is designed to inconvenience regular users, potentially pushing them toward using third-party agents or premium services for profit. For a government-backed service, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. High-demand times like tatkal bookings should be managed better with robust servers and seamless user experience. This system needs urgent improvements to ensure fair access for everyone, not just those willing to pay extra or go through intermediaries.
Getting Error if you are using this app after a month.
Recurring issue that getting error of station fetching and time out after 10mins whithin this app in not responde anything if using this app after a month on IOS.
It doesn’t work
When you are trying to enter a station name neither it accepts nor shows the option to select.
Never works for tatkal
When will this app resolve all the bugs? Relied on this app for last minute tatkal bookings and never it worked for me. App won’t load at all or some bug would make us exit from the system. Captcha won’t work sometimes and it bugs me a lot. Please work on all these.
Can’t Reset My Password
Tried multiple times but unable to reset my password.
Date selection should be changed to calendar mode
The date scrolling should be changed to calendar mode as this will make easy to choose on which day and date the journey can be planned. The scrolling takes lots of time and a separate calendar to plan day
