Facing a issue
Hello Team, I want to inform you that I’m experiencing issues with Yes Bank updates (With IPhone user). The application isn’t working properly. I’ve encountered this problem for a while now and have previously highlighted it via email. Please prioritize this and resolve it. Thank you.
No provision to manage existing Fixed deposits
Yes Bank desperately removed the option to manage existing fixed deposits. They are showing buttons all of the app for new investments. Very cheap attitude of Yes Bank. No to FD on Yes Bank.
App’s buttons are not stable.
When I try to scroll in app, it automatically opens another page for the button underneath my thumb. Payment by other bank is also not user friendly.

After so many times informing Yes bank, whenever they call, they're speaking in Hindi which I don't understand. Why speaking with a Thamizlian in Hindi!!
Consistency is key - we believe in broken experiences.
The previous version of the app was great. Everything worked as expected. But the recent update has broken upi (high failure rates), the app stuck when you try to pay credit card due. It is broken for a very long time.

Credit card ka bill till date balance kitana hai ya bill kitna hai yahi pata nahi chalta, market trap app hai ye , inka rewards to na ke Barabar hai , improve karane ki jarurat hai
Disappointing
This aap is useless, There is a total waste of time finding customer support in this app. Nothing is resolved by this app. They just ask you to visit main branch.

यस बैंक और इसका इरिस अप सबसे घटिया और थर्ड क्लास है । ट्रांजेक्शन फेल और असफल होने के बाद १७l पचास हज़ार डेबिट नहीं हुए फिर कुछ टाइम बाद दुबारा पेमेंट की तो दो बार डेबिट हो गये। अभी तक कोई सुनवाई नहीं है ।
