### ***-- "Accounts Calendar issue"
We usually book consecutive weeks of after-school club a few weeks in advance, and we can see all our future bookings in the Accounts calendar. However, it’s not possible to see if we’ve booked anything on the day itself, (if we want to double-check that we made a booking for today for example). So we have to email the school as ask them if our child is booked in for after-school club on the day. It would be better if we could check for ourselves what we have booked on the day, as well as future bookings.

When I open the app, it shows the previous message for a few seconds before realising I’m not logged in, and then it clears the screen, awaiting FaceID. 

If I had something sensitive or confidential up, someone could open the app, take a screenshot of the previous message and then read it, before it’s realised it needs to log in again. Very bad design. 

We only use it for receiving messages and it’s not better than an email. But schools like to have multiple apps to confuse parents.

I can’t review the app as I have never been able log in and use it! Even after numerous attempts, new passwords and trying to figure it out with the school IT! For me, it’s unusable!

The developers on this get a lot of undue flack. I’m guessing it’s a case of haters only rating (probably ed sector competitors trying to cast shade)
