En kozen voor een systeem inclusief app via onze smartphone. Deze app zat indertijd inbegrepen in de kostprijs van het alarmsysteem. Nu na 7 jaar wordt de app opeens betalend. Op 8/11 krijgen we inderdaad dat het panel gedisconnecteerd is , maar sindsdien kunnen we de app niet meer gebruiken . Installateur gecontacteerd. Remote kunnen ze het niet oplossen. Ze komen ter plaatsen 2uur, terwijl ze dachten in 5 min weg te zijn. Ze hebben het doorgestuurd naar risicogroep. Zelf ook geprobeerd een bericht te sturen , maar krijg geen antwoord. This is a core part of any alarm system, not some premium feature. Their argument about the cost of the cloud becoming too high is complete BS. I have probably 15 other cloud connected apps for various equipment and none of those are paid. The reason for the fee is not cost, the reason is that we are forced to pay it or our alarm systems become useless.
