### **--- "Paneel off-line"
Sinds kort is mijn verbinding van het alarm paneel off-line.
Ik krijg nu geen meldingen meer door via mijn telefoon of iPad.
Ik heb alles geprobeerd om te resetten, wat ik altijd deed. Stekker van de modem eruit, na enige tijd weer erin, dan het internet stekkertje even eruit,….en weer terug, maar dit helpt allemaal niet. Vandaag een nieuwe internet kabel geplaatst, ook niet! 
Waar kan ik hulp van de risico groep krijgen, of van de app ontwikkelaar?

Sinds kort worden kritieke meldingen niet meer doorgegeven op iPhone 12. 
Apple support heeft alle settings nagekeken en snapt ook niet waarom het wel werkt op iPhone  XR, 11 en 13.

Ineens moeten gaan betalen voor iets dat ik bij de aanschaf van mijn alarminstallatie heb geeist: op afstand aan/uitzetten. Bij overgang naar cloud werkte de app al matig maar nu ik gedwongen wordt te gaan betalen is echt schandalig. Leverancier zegt ook doodleuk dat zij er niets aan kunnen doen. Oplichterij!!!!

Duur systeem maar gratis app. Die voorwaarde hebben ze naar eigen inzicht aangepast waardoor je nu ineens moet betalen. Wie weet wat het volgend jaar kost? Ze trekken zicht niets van de afspraken aan immers.

### *---- "Mobiele app blijft hangen hierdoor nutteloos"
Sinds ik de master vh account ben geworden blijft de mobiele app hangen op ‘inlog fout. Uw account is geblokkeerd probeer het over 5 minuten opnieuw’ maar ook drie uur later heb ik nog die melding en kom ik er niet in.

Mijn advies aan de ontwikkelaars is dat ze bij de kritieke meldingen een speciale toon aanpassen. 

Wanneer we een melding krijgen moeten we weten dat er een kritieke melding is van de iRisco-app. 

De standaard huidige berichtgeving van iRisco is met de “3 toon” van iPhone zelf. Dat is met meerdere applicaties het zelfde. Ik zelf keek niet snel naar mijn telefoon omdat ik dacht dat het een normale bericht was terwijl het om een kritieke melding gaat…

This app is crap, you need to lock, unlock or turn off the alarm. This requires prompt response. However it takes at least 20 seconds for the app to connect if at all. What if you accidentally triggered the alarm and it takes minutes to kill it? If it works at all. Often it requires killing the app and restarting to get it out of turning cursor mode. Please rethink your purchase of iRISCO products…

Ironisch dat de makers van een beveiligingssysteem de koper oplichten. Onder voorwaarden het systeem inclusief app afgenomen en na 5 jaar ineens 24 EUR per jaar vragen. Als je dan uitleg zou krijgen en iig een uitbreiding op functionaliteit, dan zou ik dat nog best overwegen. Maar zomaar, no way. Consumentenbond komt eraan!

Tegenwoordig is ook deze app een abonnement geworden. Was al 4 jaar gratis en zat gewoon bij de aanschaf van het (prijzige) alarmsysteem. Op zich vind ik het helemaal niet erg om jaarlijks te betalen, maar er is geen enkele functie bij gekomen en regelmatig moet ik 2 x het alarm ver/ontgrendelen voordat deze het doet. 

Betalen dus prima, maar dan wel een goed werkende app die ook af toe eens geüpgrade wordt met nieuwe functies. Bijvoorbeeld gebruikers eenvoudig toevoegen en verwijderen. Dit gaat niet goed en moet regelmatig in de installatie zelf. Of een tijd aangeven wanneer automatisch het alarm erop of eraf gaat. De app is qua functionaliteit amper uitgebreid de afgelopen jaren.

Om het alarm eraf te halen moet ik sinds een paar maand 2x ontgrendelen voordat het alarm eraf gaat.

Al jaren gebruiker van dit fantastische en robuuste systeem. Het werkte jaren super maar sinds enkele maanden reageert  de app zooooo verrrrschrikkelijk traaaaaaag dat we, naast de irritaties al een paar keer een alarm hebben gehad. Dat komt omdat je niet meer kunt zien of het systeem nu goed reageert of niet. 

In al die jaren is het wel eens vaker even niet helemaal optimaal geweest. Dat werd altijd opgelost. Dus ook nu hadden wij verwacht dat het wel opgelost zou worden maar helaas dus niet... ook niet na de nieuwe cloud 5.5 update van 12 april. Bijzonder slecht. Zeker ook nu er binnenkort betaald moet gaan worden voor Risco cloud. Een slecht moment dus om met dit soort performance problemen aspirant kopers van je service te overtuigen...
