Workout Accountability

The Jry on

This app is great! After I got my different workout routines saved it’s so easy to start a new workout track my progress and view stats. It really has been an accountability partner that motivates me to stay consistent.

I can’t believe it’s free

I used to keep up with my workouts with a notebook. This was great until I’d have sweat drop on the page, or my arm would be sweaty and smear the page. I looked all over for a free up to keep up with my workouts. After several “free” apps I came across this one. It completely tracks my sets/reps/weight and even lets me add or customize my own movements. It does everything I need it to do including customizing workouts, tracking workouts, between set adjustable rest timer, showing me what weight/sets/reps I did last with an exercise, and it shows and charts my progress. It even shows the total of how much weight I lifted during that lift. This app is perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I really am just amazed and happy you get all this for free!

I recently started going to the gym and looked for an app to track my progress. This app is free which is amazing and also not complicated. A lot of the other apps have so many buttons and are definitely designed for a more experienced gym person. This is a great beginner app or for those who like simplicity.

GOATED

The app rocks!

User for 2 months now. Sure, it doesn’t have any cardio options and won’t let you track timed exercises well (I just add my time in the notes), but the fact that you can add exercises and have your reps and max visually tracked has been a great way for me to hit new PRs, while cutting down my time at the gym. On top of that, it’s free! Wish the developer would add a donation option.

Still missing a lot of workouts

Airborne Junky on

We’ve been asking for updates to their prepopulated workout list and nothing has been added in over a year. There’s zero cardio workouts, half of the standard gym machines aren’t there, and quite a few plate workouts are missing. Yes they can be added manually but they aren’t available in a search, it doesn’t track progress, and you have to manually input calories if you’re tracking. It’s not the best but it’s probably the simplest workout logging app. They need to update the workout list though. It’s been out for a few years and zero updates to it. It’s almost 2024….

Love It!!

Quality!

I rarely write reviews, but I really like this app. Not only is it free and open source (which is awesome) but it also has iPad and Apple Watch apps also! I do wish that I was able to update both weight and set values from the watch app, but I really can’t complain when the developer his offering an application of this caliber for free. Simple, intuitive, and reliable, which I can’t even say that about some of the paid apps I’ve used.
