There customer support abuse & threaten also for payment recovery on any dispute & misunderstanding. Rather than clearing doubts they threaten. This was my first & last service i took. Believe me their services from pick up to delivery at home makes life so easy going at NO EXTRA COST. Iron Out is very reasonable and much easy in pocket when compared to local nearby dry cleaners. The clothes are nicely dry cleaned , wrapped(hangers whenever required) and delivery with a smile. Being App based it’s really hassle free and easy to use.
