## IRun. Couch to Runner Reviews in United States

### **--- "Disappointing"
I really dislike the inflexibility of this program. I would like to unlock a workout when it is convenient for me- which is sometimes less than 24 hours after the previous run. I’d like to know exactly what to expect in terms of interval times before starting. I bought this by mistake thinking it was a different app that I had liked in the past.
-- ReNAroO22, 2024-12-27

### ***-- "Could be 5"
Great app but I don’t like that it makes me wait 24hrs until my next run. That should be something I can turn on/off.
-- Mrs. Michelle Wells, 2024-12-17

### ***** "Love this app!"
Easy to use and kept me motivated!
-- tryharder07, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Can’t change the program"
Why on earth am I not able to change the program after completing it? This is dumb and I’ll be uninstalling immediately
-- teryaki chizz, 2024-11-20

### ***** "Workout"
Easy
-- Davo Y, 2024-11-11

### ***** "5k"
This app is amazing I lost 32 pounds in 3 months I definitely will recommend this to my friends how are struggling with weight loss to.
-- Ajformvp, 2024-11-02

### ***-- "Pace Algorithm poor"
In my first week of the couch to 5k app. When I enter the distance at the end of the 30 minute workout I input 2.1 miles.

On the next screen, workout details, it assumes I walked at a 1.7mph pace and RAN at 11.1mph. Completely bogus. My actual walk pace was 3mph and jog pace was 6.1mph.

Perhaps we could be allowed to adjust these pace figures. I could not find a way to do this if there is such a feature.

Thanks,

Ben

### **--- "How to change program"
I finished the weight loss app portion. How do I change the program now …? I purchased the lifetime so I feel i should all programs included but can’t change ????
-- Jzzzz2222, 2024-10-07

### ***** "Good app"
I liked this app as it helped me achieve my goals.
I used to not be able to run for longer than a minute. Now I am running for 30 minutes without stopping!
-- Karely911, 2024-09-24

### ***** "Needs one update IMO"
Love the app. I like the constant notifications “you’re halfway,” “10 seconds left,” etc. But please lessen or completely erase that 24 hour period between workouts. If I have a couple days off in a row, I might want to do 11am one day and 9am the next day, for example. The app will make me wait. Let me get back out there before I lose the motivation to do it that new day.
