Ich habe bereits Dutzende Mails an Isarfunk geschrieben und darum gebeten, dass man bei Reservierungen eine Bestätigung erhält. Aber nach drei Jahren gibt es diese Funktion immer noch nicht. Und heute ist die App seit Stunden nicht erreichbar.

Wir haben extra 3 Wochen im Voraus ein Taxi mit Kindersitz gebucht (für einen Termin am Standesamt) um dann 10 Minuten vor Abholung angerufen zu werden, dass es aktuell leider keine Taxis mit Kindersitz verfügbar gibt. Schlimmer geht’s nicht!

Ich wollte die App nutzen um die lokalen Taxler zu unterstützen. Leider ein Reinfall und teuer bezahlt!
Von Garching-Hochbrück nach Garching musste ich bereits 23€ „Anfahrtskosten“ bezahlten obwohl die App ca 12€ vorausgesagt hatte. In Summe dann 30€ für 2,5 Kilometer und 6 Minuten reine Fahrtzeit. Liegt wohl daran dass beides nicht mehr im Stadtgebiet liegt. Vom Fahrer und der Taxizentrale lediglich der Verweis auf „allgemein bekannte Kostenregelungen“. Nächstes mal wohl doch Uber…

Ich habe das App installiert und Bezahlung mit PayPal eingestellt. Allerdings hat das gar nicht funktioniert - ewig gewartet, die Zahlung ist nicht durchgegangen. Glücklicherweise, hatte ich genügend Bargeld, mit dem App bin ich wirklich enttäuscht

Ich bin von der App begeistert. Habe zuvor bei IsarFunk immer Telefonisch ein Taxi bestellt. Mit der App, eingeben wo man ist, wo man hinmöchte und das Taxi ist in 3-4 Minuten da. Mit Liveanzeige wo das Taxi ist. TOP!!!
