Als Service Tester - unsere Bezeichnung für unsere "Mystery Shopper" - übernimmst Du eine sehr wichtige Aufgabe. Du zeigst wegweisenden Unternehmen bzw. Marken ganz genau, was ihre Kunden jeden Tag erleben. Du kannst ihnen sagen, wie gut ihr Service ist (oder nicht). Und Du kannst ihnen auch Feedback geben, was sie tun können, um Menschen wie Dich zu glücklichen Kunden zu machen.

Das Beste von allem? 
Du wirst dafür bezahlt, die Dinge zu tun, die Du sowieso bereits jeden Tag tust! 
Also - einkaufen gehen, Marken vergleichen und Entscheidungen aus dem Bauchgefühl treffen, was man kaufen und was man lieber im Regal stehen lassen soll

### **--- "App mit Schwächen"
1. Es sollten alle Checks in der App angezeigt werden

2. wenn man eine Adresse anklickt, sollte hier ein Link in Google Maps sein, um direkt navigieren zu können.

3. in der Übersicht sollte auch das Startdatum mit angegeben werden und nicht nur das Enddatum.

4. Bei den Rewe Test wäre es besser, wenn man am Ende zuerst das Selfie vor dem Markt macht und dann den Text eingibt, wie der Markt ausgesehen hat etc. und nicht umgekehrt, da es immer schwierig ist, vor dem Markt so lange Texte zu schreiben.

5. Bei Nahkauf Tests sollte es immer so sein, dass man zuerst das Selfie macht und dann Kassenbon und Produkt fotografiert, da es vor den Märkten teilweise so eng ist und man keine Möglichkeit hat oder es nur schwierig ist, unbeobachtet diese Bilder zu machen.

6. 15 Minuten für einen REWE EXPRESS Check ist so lange. Die Läden haben circa 100 m² und da ist es völlig unmöglich, sich 15 Minuten darin aufzuhalten, ohne immer angeschaut zu werden ob man etwas klauen möchte.
Auch der Kauf einer Brezel für über zwei Euro steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der Vergütung des Tests, da macht es wirklich keinen Spaß
