## ISecretShop Description
Install the iSecretShop app on your smart phone today and turn your everyday shopping experiences into cash!

Businesses everywhere are desperate for vital consumer feedback - and they pay for it. Now, with iSecretShop on your phone, they pay YOU.

iSecretShop gives you access to dozens of Market Research and Mystery Shopping Providers' opportunities. So you can see all of the available secret shopping opportunities available near you from numerous agencies, not just one. And more are being added all the time! Smartphone technology has revolutionized the industry, made the shopper's job easier, and improved the quality, accuracy and speed of the entire process. This is the way mystery shopping should be - register now and see for yourself!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: Register as an evaluator and the iSecretShop app will show you which restaurants, retailers and other businesses in your area (or wherever you plan to go) are looking for input from secret shoppers. Secret shoppers are customers who go 'undercover' to give very specific feedback to the owners and managers about the service quality and the customer experience they received. You discreetly complete an evaluation using the ISS application (think Secret Agent: gathering information, taking pictures of messy facilities, beautiful food, etc.) then, report it back instantly through your smart phone (or online - or a combination of both, as you prefer). When you are finished, you'll get paid (cash, meal and purchase reimbursements, Gift Cards and more)!

The iSecretShop app is FREE to you and FREE to use - it is the businesses that pay for the service. The merchants get vital intelligence, you get cash and reimbursements - and the power of having your opinions heard by the decision makers at businesses that care.

Download the iSecretShop app, register, and get started today!

## ISecretShop Reviews in United States

### ****- "Legit"
Definitely a great company to work with. The work is easy to understand and follow.
The only thing I would say that could use work is the app UI could use a little work. The font is very small and hard to read. It would be great if they had a weekly payout, instead of almost a month. I’m glad I have my other part time job with the “Merchandiser” app.
Those folks got their system down pretty well!
-- VH9.LIVE, 2024-11-01

### ***-- "Tough to get started"
Hard to get approved for requests at first. Just be diligent.
-- N1kki1014, 2024-09-30

### **--- "Hit or miss"
Had multiple issues with the shops having incomplete or bad instructions and when trying to complete shops according to those instructions i get docked and have had to revisit locations several time due to the the lack of clarity and support available. Some shops are so restrictive and are never completed and often i get hounded with phone calls to complete them. I have gone out of my way many times to try and complete a shop just for them to deny it because of an unforeseen circumstance with the shop location. Do better for your employees who are trying to get you the info you want and need.
-- Annoyed secret shopper, 2024-09-10

### **--- "Horrible flow for instructions"
So the instructions are clear when you read them. But when you go to do the shops, it will categorize questions that aren’t quite chronological. This can make you miss steps that you can’t go back on (ex take a pic of food before you eat it) but it’s absolutely not clear where these questions are. Missing that single photo will get your entire shop denied and you won’t get reimbursed or another chance to try again. I’ve waisted a lot of money and missed pics and they just deny it. And the few shops I’ve had approved; usually takes a month to get paid. There’s better secret shopping apps than this one. Just read your jobs in detail, precise detail before starting it.

### *---- "Rude and not worth it"
I was in a car accident on the way to one of the shops. I ended up having to cancel the same day. They sent me an email saying my actions were unacceptable, I was not a dependable shopper, and they were suspending my account.

This was my first cancellation in the 5 months I had been using the app. I had successfully completed 20 shops within this time period, even going when I was sick. Not sure how that warrants such a response from their team.
Further, most shops are reimbursement oriented so if you’re looking to make money, this is not the app for you. I would say 90% of the shops will reimburse you anywhere from $5-100 with only a $5-10 compensation on top of that. I mainly used it to try new restaurants but there also is a lack of diversity. At some point I had secret shopped at every restaurant available and had to wait 90 days to go back to those spots.

### *---- "App not working"
Log in not loading
-- nscott2, 2024-05-31

### *---- "No payments in 5 months!!!"
Let me preface this by saying I do secret shopping for half a dozen at least companies so I don’t keep track close enough of my income from the individual companies. The most recent group of projects I did for iSecretShop was for hotels and I was supposed to be paid $50 per hotel. I did three of them so that would be $150 last month I did four Lowe’s shops for $15 apiece equaling $60. So there’s $210 right there because I’m a little bit short on cash right now,. I looked to see if the $150 has hit my PayPal account yet. After doing a little digging in my PayPal and bank account ledgers I found that I haven’t been paid by iSecretShop at all in five months. It’s between two and $300 that they owe me. I sent an email the problem and a snippy little thing named Ivan returned the email saying that “yes I HAD been paid for every single project I had completed” with no other explanation at all. NOW I’M JUST PLAIN OLD MAD. I’m not stupid, I can read my bank statement and I know I haven’t been paid. Yes it’s taken me five months to come up with this but now that I have, I would like my money don’t fall for this app. It seems easy and the project themselves are easy, but apparently getting paid paid is not easy.

### *---- "Randi Hardiman is a Scammer"
I did a job and she denied it with NO reason. After months of going back and forth with 360 Relay they haven’t given me a reason as to why. This app + 360 Relay + Randi Hardiman are all fraudulent.
-- Livelovepink97, 2024-05-03

### ***-- "Cool side gig app!"
The app is cool for finding odd jobs, getting paid for eating out, finding a new local shop.

I only give 3 stars because you get rated as a Consumer but can’t be rated as a Merchant.

Otherwise 5/5 Great app!
-- Only review good apps, 2024-05-01

### *---- "Privacy risk"
This app forces you to provide “full access” to all your photos. The app doesn’t allow you to use Apple’s feature of granting limited photo access where the user can control which photos are accessible by an application. Why does your app need access to my private photographs beyond those taken for your assignment?
