I already wrote about my problem In ingame Customer Service, where I said about my problem and I got response that everything will be fixed really soon, some weeks later and there absolutely no change, Just ignored my problem and that it, because of that problem I lost so much resources and I could play in really cool events. Then it was a “mistake” in how they marketed their information. Btw, the support team didn’t remedy the situation, but they did say sorry…doesn’t give me the promised items or my money back. This cycle has now happened 3-4 more times. Each time, I contact the support team, each time it’s “oh there was a mistake” or “we phrased it wrong”. Seriously a very fun game :3 -- Maxiestar_, 2025-11-25 ### ****- "Underwhelming Events / Collabs" They advertise these big events and collabs to lure in new players but it is literally impossible as a free to play player to win more than one character or costume from these events. I have 60k+ gems in the game and they are pointless. You can’t use them in exchange for gacha tickets like normal gacha games. The only way to get gacha tickets outside of doing quests — which the game limits you to getting one ten draw per event through quests, which you’re highly unlikely to pull anything from — is by buying them with real money. I understand needing to make money off of a free game, but it’s disappointing that as a free to play player I can’t get anything nice in the game because I’m not willing to drop well over $10 each event. You don’t need to get rid of the in app purchases, but you do need to make gems worthwhile. Every other gacha game has the option to exchange gems for gacha tickets and are not suffering.
