iSH Shell

Wanted to run C offline on ipad, struggled to find a good C compiler. Almost resorted to writing my own app, but with ish it was quite simple with gcc and vim

I like dabbling around in terminal and this available on the phone is pretty fun and cool. I just want request if possible also available for the Apple Watch. I know the screen is small I’m sure still possible. Especially, if you can use Bluetooth keyboard. It’ll be cool to play with python on it. Lol

I used to used Terminus with limited function to ssh into my remote machine to work on IPad, but iSH can even do better. iSH use Linux Alpine and I can use it for pretty much all of my work.

can't run alot of commands. just use digital ocean

Good simulator, ssh and ping are working fine, just the traceroute not working…

Very cool, used on a iPad mini 2 16gb. I am a prominent user of Linux and wanted to use it on my tablet, but shell isn’t very usable without x11 support as my device does not do usb mass storage. It does have a range of packages, but I am also only used to bash shell contrary to what ish uses. Otherwise good app.
