iSH Shell

i use arch on my desktop and this feels like home, no gui or fancy ui just the good old command line. lets you install gcc, python and whatnot since it uses the alpine repositories. just got this recently but it is by far the best app ive seen, no ads or anything straight to the point

Awesome, pity that due to apple policy (that in this case, make sense) there are no better work arounds other than reading the location to keeping it open in background. Anyway awesome, good to have a shell on iphone :)

Decent app, but a lot of tedious typing could be avoided with Shortcuts support.

I found this when looking for a lightweight linux install for UTM SE. It’s so handy to have a shell like this

Works amazing with alpine, however not able to get the VNC and i3 properly working.

Unbelievably good. Best thing on iOS by a country mile. Doesn't do _everything_ you might possibly want; but it does emacs, gcc, loads loads more. I'm not being very articulate but I've only had it a few days and I'm still getting over the shock

I guess they also deserve thanks for allowing this.

Keep finding new uses for this app. So much flexibility and power. Works really well.
