## Island Eats Reviews in Canada

### *---- "ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE"
I would rate 0 stars if I could. NEVER order using this service. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I didn’t get my food and they refused to issue a refund. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and they haven’t done anything for me. Never experienced anything this despicable using any other food delivery service. Save your money and get the food yourself!
-- emilygranter, 2022-07-19

### *---- "Terrible"
Unreliable. Ordering food but no delivery driver available. No live updates. Just a receipt and then hope for the best. I would like my delivery charge and delivery tip fee refunded. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
-- PMH84, 2022-07-19

### *---- "Users BEWARE!!!!"
I ordered from a local restaurant, and specified pick up for my order. No delivery. It cost me $20.00 EXTRA just to use the app to order online!!!!! ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF!!!! Next time I’ll just pick up the phone and order that way!!!!!!
-- Don't bother with this one!, 2021-08-21

### *---- "Not working"
Trying to place an order but doesn’t add to cart.
-- MistressOlive, 2021-08-09

### *---- "Bad"
Don’t give a time. Takes over a hour to be delivered. Food is cold.
-- turbo1121, 2021-06-26

### *---- "No support"
There’s no help option in the case of your order not being delivered.
-- unk69, 2021-06-20

### ***-- "."
Price for delivery is a bit high but the app is alright and the service is good
-- Ethaniel Robertson, 2021-03-25

### **--- "Doesn’t work half of the time"
First when the app came out it worked and now when I go to order it does not work. Let’s me get to the page to confirm payment but won’t allow me to select delivery. This has happened on multiple occasions. Not impressed. Delivery fee is rather high as well.
-- WestCoasterNL, 2020-11-22

### ***-- "Alright service but not the best!!"
Ordered off Island eats a few times at this point so I thought I’d place myself another order since last few times went well but this time when my order came everything was completely messed up!! The receipt was correct so i was very confused.
-- Wrhmq, 2020-11-03

### ***-- "Question"
Why isn’t there some sort of gps tracking available like Uber eats?
I really think watching the driver and exact time on gps makes it a much better experience
