## Island Mobile Banking Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best Credit Union"
Sayville branch with Angel and Isabella rock. Mathew is amazing with our family CDs
-- Joeysal77, 2025-12-11

### **--- "Island has bad mobile banking"
Really bad mobile banking and stuck in 20th century with the tech
-- muhney bags, 2025-11-29

### *---- "Service fee for pending dormant account"
It would have been nice to be notified that my account would be going dormant BEFORE they started dwindling the account down close to zero.
-- Hula baby1, 2025-09-02

### ***** "It’s Home"
This is the best Bank. The staff is great also.
-- dough-647, 2025-07-23

### ***** "Easy access and convenient"
It’s helpful to see the accounts in one page and make transfer as necessary
-- nrod18, 2025-05-13

### *---- "Transfer from one account to another"
I had difficulty transferring full minimum amount. Would not allow me to input the cents
-- Kappa loan, 2025-01-25

### **--- "Horrible"
Horrible app. Changes settings on its own. Facial recognition needs to always be re-enabled.
-- anthony12275, 2024-10-12

### **--- "Decent bank, terrible app."
App is terrible. For the last few months I Can’t even sign in without some sort of error message. Seems like nobody pays any attention to the app in this bank.
-- Matt Grabowski, 2024-06-25

### *---- "App violates security protocol"
I have not been able to use the Island Federal mobile app for at least a month now. Upon trying to open the app, I continue to receive a notification that says “this app violates security protocol”, and the app won’t open.

Is there anything going to be done about this? If people can’t use mobile banking, they will leave the credit union.
-- Platinum subscription issue, 2024-04-02

### *---- "Sucksssss"
This stupid app doesn’t work anymore I hate this bogo app stayed away
-- mr eduzel, 2024-03-09
