I can’t believe I’ve been using Mary’s voice to relax. Has to be over 10 years now. I drifted away from her to other sleep/relax meditations… but none ever measured up to her . Her voice just knows how to relax your mind and body!

I have gone through all the newer and this one is best

Every other app wants my name, birthdate etc. dude I just want to relax and sleep… you don’t need my bios for that . Great app! This is my favorite

I love this app so much that I highly depend on it! I can’t sleep without it. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night. I start it over again and it carries on for another two hours. I highly recommend it. I’ve even suggested it to everyone I know. Ive also used it for about six years now. Download it.....NOW!

The best I’ve found

I have tried countless apps and this is the one that works the best for me, I like the fact that you can make numerous personalized sleep routines for yourself. Some days I’m already sleepy and just need a quick little nudge and other days I have insomnia so I choose the one I have made for those nights and I know every time it’s the right choice since I’m the creator of it. Thank you thank you is all I can say!!

Helps me calm down for sleep

I used it for a long time then went to white noise app, but sometimes I need this. I agree maybe the option to do music or sounds alone without talking would be helpful

Is there a way to slow it down?

In general, I really like this app and use it often. The only improvement would be if I could slow her voice and the background music. Slower talking would be much more relaxing, especially in the wee hours. Is that possible? I can’t find the option.
