## ISN Resident Reviews in United States

### **--- "Brain Damage"
This app is not quick and easy...especially on your phone. Too much info needed to add guests.Infringement on privacy. I liked dwelling live app much better!
-- 7Resident, 2024-11-21

### *---- "Awful. Only use because of HOA"
This app is barely works at all. I am surprised Apple allows it in the store with the number of bugs it has. Most of the time you have to add visitors multiple times to make it actually add them. The interface is confusing and clunky. Removing a visitor doesn’t work. It doesn’t detect you are adding a duplicate visitor. The list goes on. My 14 year old son could write a better app.
-- dogd, 2024-11-09

### *---- "App Hardly Ever Works"
Now the app won’t even load. Before the app wouldn’t save the login information or allow me to even login (even after I went to the clubhouse to get password reset because it would t let me in with the password I had been using). At one point it would let me log in but would t let me add visitors. I absolutely hate this app.

### *---- "Trash"
Look at other reviews. Any property manager or HOA using this app should be fired or voted out.
-- Shaggy baller your mom, 2024-01-01

### *---- "ISN APP"
2.14.20 latest update(5/22/23) is not working. Cannot sign in.
-- Chas Linder, 2023-05-23

### *---- "Freezes"
Constantly freezes. Rarely cooperates. Invites to permanent guests only valid for 1 week.
-- jillyafah, 2023-04-08

### *---- "History erased with app upgrade"
My history erased and does not register any new visitors since the Nov ‘22 app update. I’ve logged out of the app and logged back in multiple times and doesn’t work. This issue is across 3 different phones / devices so I know the issue isn’t with my phone.
-- AD975368, 2022-12-28

### *---- "New address"
How can anyone set up an account?
-- newstarbucksfan, 2022-11-24

### *---- "Difficult to use"
Poorly designed & difficult to understand & use.
-- Jmprimo, 2022-09-28

### *---- "Poorly functioning"
App at first allowed me to use to designate access for guests and vendors, but today won’t even launch. Despite entering the correct credentials the app won’t load. Hasn’t worked in more than a week!!!
