Doesn’t even let you log in at times

Literally the most infuriating payroll app I have even had.

Adding on to my “if I could give this app minus 10 stars, I would,” rating. Entering hours in the time card will change what ever you enter (screw the 6 hours to break time), I WANT to enter the actual time. Oh. Then it will add hours, that I, or my crew didn’t work but make needless extra work for all of us. And I want to see the ACTUAL hours entered on my crews time card. Oh boy. I could go on. I also want to know why at least two months later (probably more) we still don’t have early deposit. My guess is either you’re incapable or can’t be bothered. Perhaps both. BTW, other than HR, there isn’t a single person that dislikes your app. Honestly, so difficult. Not intuitive. Not user friendly. And can you not add a customer service link on the app so I don’t have to rant in a review. Oh, yeah. You obviously can’t be bothered otherwise it would be available.

My workplace uses this app and it’s a 50/50 if I can log in and clock in on time. Hate it so much.

Literally unusable.

For an company that has managed to persuade many employers to force their staff members to use this app, you’d think they’d take some time to actually code out an application that works and preforms pretty basic functions like, say logging in!! Every time I have tried to use this app in the last month it’s a dice throw whether or not it will load. Most of the time it just freezes when I try to input the security code it texts me. In order to read my schedule and clock in remotely I have to load isolved in a mobile web browser. This results in lost money for me, and costs my employer money and time when they have to fix it. Employers BEWARE, you and your staff will lose more productivity than you will ever gain by switching to this garbage service!

Awful. Least favorite app I’ve ever used. What’s the number one thing people do with this app? Punch In and Out. Ok let’s hide that feature and make you click 4 buttons to make that happen. This should be a default option. The login process is bad too.

This app never works. It is a piece of garbage. The developers and this company shall receive their due in this lifetime or the next.

I have to keep deleting it because it never works. It keeps me punched in when I know I’ve punched out, won’t even load correctly half the time, and don’t get me started on the two factor authentication which I have to use every day.

Isolved is the bane of my existence, if I could rate this app 0 I would but sadly I can’t so I have to give it a 1. The login seems as though it purposely makes you re enter you password 15 times before you can finally login. The way it displays your punches is baffling. I cannot begin to express my disdain for this app. I am not the type of person who ever writes reviews, I don’t care enough about companies to waste my time on giving ratings but I felt it was civic duty to truly express the sheer misery this application dwells on its users. Be better.
