The app is great. Much better than the old iteration. The only thing I don’t like is that it is branded as a utility app instead of a travel app. Please change that. Thanks
Minimalistic app design, but not in right company.
The app itself is functional, but the company seems to treat its clients as mere numbers, showing little regard for their experience. For instance, it's not uncommon to encounter situations where the train doors close abruptly in front of you, and then the train waits for 1-2 minutes before departing. This can be frustrating for passengers and suggests a lack of consideration on the company's part.

עובד לי מצוין! יש לי בקשה אחת: בתוצאות החיפוש לרכבות, תוכלו לרשום את היעד של הרכבת, כמו שיופיע על הרכבת עצמה, זה יקל מאוד לזהות הרכבת הנכונה?
