Description

Das Erstellen von Mängellisten und Fotodokumentation zur Qualitätssicherung war noch nie einfacher. IssMan hilft Ihnen, in nur wenigen Minuten Projekte, Berichte, Zeichnungen und Mängellisten zu erstellen. Sie können kostenlos beginnen, in Teams zusammenarbeiten oder auf eigene Faust loslegen.
IssMan bietet folgende Features:
PROJEKTE:
Erstellen Sie so viele Projekte, wie Sie brauchen. Projekte können innerhalb von Sekunden von jedem beliebigen Gerät aus erstellt werden.
BERICHTE:
Erstellen Sie Berichte für Ihre Mängellisten, wenn Sie sie brauchen. Berichte können spontan vor Ort erstellt oder von einer Projektvorlage kopiert werden, passend zu Ihrem Arbeitsstil.
ZEICHNUNGEN:
Fügen Sie Zeichnungen und Pläne inklusive Anmerkungen hinzu. Markieren Sie die Lage des Mangels auf der Zeichnung direkt von Ihrem Gerät aus.
MÄNGEL:
Erfassen Sie einen Mangel mit Ihrem Gerät, wenn Sie ihn entdecken. Mängel bieten Platz für alle benötigten Informationen, um Defekte und Sicherheitsprobleme zu erfassen oder mit Fotos zu dokumentieren.
FOTOS:
Fügen Sie Fotos mit klaren Anmerkungen durch Pfeile und Text hinzu. Ein Bild sagt mehr als tausend Worte - besonders, wenn Sie noch Pfeile oder Revisionswolken hinzufügen.
KOMMENTARE:
Kommentieren Sie Mängel direkt in der App. Verschwenden Sie keine Zeit damit, hunderte von E-Mails zu senden - fügen Sie dem entsprechenden Mangel einfach einen Kommentar hinzu.
EXPORTIEREN:
Exportieren Sie Ihre Berichte und Zeichnungen. Ihre Berichte können Sie direkt als PDF-, Word- oder Excel-Datei herunterladen oder versenden. Passen Sie Inhalt und Design Ihrer Berichte an und fügen Sie Ihr Firmenlogo hinzu.
EREIGNISSE:
Ereignisse werden automatisch aufgezeichnet und können in Ihren Berichten aufgelistet werden.
TEILEN:
Teilen Sie Mängellisten und arbeiten Sie im Team. Das Teilen Ihrer Projekte mit Teammitgliedern, Subunternehmern und Kunden ermöglicht eine einfache Zusammenarbeit auf verschiedenen Geräten.

This App has a lot of potential. You can add multiple photos and mark the location of the issue on a pdf plan. I like the look of the exported pdf very much. That's the punch list App you want to have. At the moment the App still has a couple bugs. It crashes sometimes, trying to put a pin on the plan. And all my issues disappeared suddenly. That's not too good. But other than that, that's the best free punchlist App I have tried so far and I'm going to keep it.
